Describes the Better Business Bureau's national program for resolution of disputes about automobiles, called "BBB Auto Line." BBB Auto Line handles disputes between consumers and manufacturers, but not dealers. Describes the dispute resolution process, including which disputes are eligible and which manufacturers participate in the program.
