Information regarding the Disability Waiver. The Disability Waiver excuses those with learning disabilities from the English fluency requirement and from taking the History and Government test. The learning disability must be such that it is extremely difficult for the person to learn the English language and U.S. History. The person must get medical certification of the disability.
